Selo App - User Agreement

Welcome to Selo! This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Selo app (the "App") provided by Selo Inc. ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you should not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement and any other policies or guidelines that may be posted or updated from time to time.

2. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. 3. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

4. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and install the App on your device and use it for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with this Agreement. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App in any way.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the functionality of the App or interfere with other users' use of the App.
• Engage in any activity that would disrupt or interfere with the services provided by the App.
• Post or share any content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or harmful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or any related systems or networks.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this Agreement or any applicable laws. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease, and you must uninstall the App from your device.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Selo Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or use, resulting from your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Modifications to the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
